Yes, another brilliant question from the homefront. Where did you get the idea that ANYONE, other than a Lawyer in the "Scopes MonkeyTrail", EVERY say man came from monkeys??? You need to get yourself to a text book before you start this drivel. Evolution indicates that both MAN and Apes/Monkeys have common ancestors! There is a very big difference in what I have written and what you have said. Stop looking foolish and get with the program. Good luck

Jim, you have been around awhile, I've seen you several times, so you know this has been asked. And I am quite sure you also know that homo sapiens evolved LIKE the neighboring species, chimpanzees, not FROM them.
I strongly suspect you a feeling a bit randy today, and you are trying to get a few people riled up, well have at it then!!!Just watch the nuts that will be swinging out of the trees to take a shot at you. Peace. Happy answering.

Exactly. And not all the theorists say they had a common ancestor, they also say humans EVOLVED FROM APES, so obviously this is where the person got the question from.
And I don't believe man came from monkeys but some of the people on these boards can sure make you wonder!

Ive answered this before .
There are many different species of monkeys and apes each one getting larger and more adaptive to its enviorment .
Did you see last week the mummified skeleton of a ape -human link child found in Ethiopia ?
Why are there so many variations of humans (races and tribes ) in different parts of the world.
Aren`t we all the same family ?
I'm sure by your lack of scientific education you are probably one of the higher ape links in the change to intelligent human beings.

Since when was an ape a monkey? To put it bluntly creationists are functioning at the intellectual level of plankton.

because monkeys are very successful animals in filling a sorts of ecological niches, and the fact is that, besides man, which is one very successful species, there are very few species of primates, compared to monkeys

This was asked earlier by a christian.

In fact all monkeys had blind faith that a big monkey will one day come down from heaven and will take them all to 7th heaven where they will get 72 virgin she-monkeys and what not

There was another monkey called Jim-darwin... he laughed at them...and without waiting for BIG MONKEY...continued progressing in his skills... some followed him too

and that jimdarwin and group of monkey evolved into human beings....others are still waiting to be Saved by the big monkey

All the time. I think it is absurd. Why can't there still be monkeys and apes, etc. and still be evolution? That process took millions of years, didn't it?
