Anything with dried fruit or dried fruit itself. Organic and healthy sweetners include honey, molassas, brown sugar. Any receipe could be modified to use the foregoing in lieu of processed white sugar which too is organic but not nearly as healthy as honey or molassas.

Fruit crisps....Chop a mound of ripe, naturally sweet fruit, mixing any combination you like. Toss with a tbsp of flour and place in a oven safe dish. Top with your favorite low-fat, naturally sweeten granola and bake at 350 for about 40 min.

Well I know a lot,but this is my favorite!

What you need:
vinnla,
granola,
red,blue or yellow dye,(optional)
banna slices,
a blender,
oranges and/or strawberries,
and ice.

What you do:
You get a blender, then put all of the stuff in it.Except for the dye.Add the dye and vinnla last, and blend that. Then wait untill it's compleatly blended, and then when it is,pour it out into a cup. Then you grabe a spoon(optional) then slurp up your yummy tummy smoothie!

splenda has not been shown to cause cancer. saccharine was feared to cause cancer because rats in laboratory testing developed bladder cancer. however, further studies showed it happened only to rats, not humans. some people believe that taking in a lot of aspartame can be dangerous because it contains methanol & aspartic acid.
