i can honestly say that it is impossible to know girls and how they might react 2 u sayin they r nice or funny things to them! they are on diff planets, they are looney tunes! dont try to wrk out wot i can only describe as a total mystery! i hav said it and meant it but it got me nowhere! they must like u aswell 2 appreciate it! make sure she likes u aswell otherwise DO NOT SAY IT! act aloof, jokingly mock her and act uninterested until u kno 4 sure and she will like u more! gd luck!

yeah you should tell a woman cause it makes us feel better she can react in two ways she might be flattered by what you have said or she might just laugh at you
