minimum 4 months. My hair stylist said thats a minimum but it would be better to wait 5 months. it also depends on what hair dye is used

Try growing your hair out, slowly cutting off what was dyed before. Then use henna, a natural hair dye, which will condition your hair naturally, to be healthier. The only problem might be that some hair types respond to henna with hair dryness, so a solution would be to use
avocado and/or pomegranate seed oil. Wash using a non-sulfate, non-silicone shampoo, and
have healthy vibrant hair.

Yep!!!! Especially if you buy over the counter hair coloring. That stuff is so full of Magnesium.....It is TERRIBLE for your hair!!!

You should always wait at the very minimum 4 months...but most places recommend every 5-6 months

that is okay, and unquestionably 2 months is the term i tell my clientele again back and get their roots touched up besides. purely make effective that is in easy terms at your roots. pulling the colour by the ends each and every time will over technique your hair, somewhat while you're going lighter than your organic shade.

No it isn't but it is EXTREMELY bad for some one to bleach it that often. Dying your hair doesn't do anything but change the color. It has chemicals in it to moisture it. Also the conditioner makes it so that it doesn't dry it out.

YES! My mother use to have long, beautiful, healthy hair and she was African American with Indian like hair. Then she started perming it and relaxing it and coloring it. Then, it all started falling out. Then she hed to cut it really short. Don't do it!

No just make sure you condition on the regular. Use more conditioner if your using a permanent color vs. a rinse.
