It´s only fair if you tell your partner you´re doing it. Tel him/her know you´re confused, so that he/she can also see other people, in case it doesn´t work out between you guys.

no really it is not but i do not see any harm in having Friends...i have been dating this guy for 4 months but i know it is not going to work because he is to possessive...it is almost like i have to clock in with him...and that is not going to be me ever again...so i will tell you that i do talk to other guys and there is this one i am interested in...and so i know it may not be right in even my eyes to see other people while you are in a relationship...but they are just Friends...i am not sleeping with anyone else...and i know guys do this all the time..i even believe this guy i am seeing goes out when i want to do something else with my friends or watch my grand kids....do what you feel is right...no two relationships are alike anyway....so take care and good luck on your decision...

If you are seeing other people in case things don't work out, then you are expecting things not to work out and try to work on them.
So no, not fair.

Well damn, if you see other people often, and feel no remorse; you're not doing a good job of your real relationship. If you so obviously can't be trusted you're not ready for a relationship.

make up your mind foo'!

Love is all about taking risks and making yourself vulnerable to another. If you want to play around, it's not love. People think love is all these happy feelings, but it's work. All the happiness is the rewards for that work.

first u shoud let the person u're seing know its over, other wise ull be on the guilt trip everytime u go out with someother person. Once u ve said its over .... its okay no matter who u re goin out with. Its unfair basically to the former and the later.
