ok hey guyz I sent this guy a letter saying how i really feel about him and he has a gf ( my best friend ) and i really like him but i missed my shot wen he asked me becuz i was trying to play hard to get but i guess that got me in more trouble then i already had , but i really like him and my friend is leaving in 2 weeks but the question is should i send the letter or just let them be ??

I think you should send the letter and tell him how you feel before it's too late. You'll feel better knowing that it's off your chest.

How could you even contemplate doing this to them.
If you send it, you WILL loose the friend, and you still probably won't get the guy.

Leave them be. She is your best friend. Would you like that done to you? Whats more important friendship or relationship? Can't have both with this situation.
