Hmmm, I'm not sure about breaking and entering, BUT illegal immigration can definitely can be treated as Trespassing.
~add on~ After thinking it over and answering a (some what) similar question. In a way it is breaking and entering. Sneaking into a house / business - criminal act
Sneaking into any country criminal act.
Both are criminal acts the differences are the severity.
Both can be thought of as breaking and entering AND Trespassing. (like I said, difference is severity)

It's not illegal "immigration", it's illegal entry. And yes, I, the son of an immigrant, am offended by it.
Charge them, sentence them, and deport them for the first offense.
Or forget that we are a sovereign nation with legitimate borders, and give in to every whining, puling pressure group funded by the growers who exploit these poor people.

Breaking and entering isn't tough enough for people who come into our country illegally. It could one of the laws that they are charged with though. A visa r us wouldn't work either because it takes weeks and sometimes months to thoroughly ck ppls ids! I am for sending them all back but making fingerprints of them for identification. Then when they try legally to enter we will be able to ck their ids better or if there is a crime we will have a better base to search through. They could also pay a fine for illegal entering as long as they leave after paying it. I really want the ones who marched against our gov't to leave and go start the marches against their own country! Don't desire to come here and then defy our laws! Also don't come here and be a financial burden. If you are not able to work or you are too old you should not be allowed to receive Soc. Security or disability. Have your family take care of you or stay where you are. I am an American, 54 yrs old, past teacher, raised my family and now disabled. I recieve $603 for disability and $48 in food stamps each mo. With today's prices and elec. bills, I cannot pay for medicine I need this mo. Today I had to ask to charge 2 perscriptions because I have already used my allowed 3 from medicade.I have waited until today hoping I could make it until the 1st of the mo and hope my bills didn't take all of my money again!I have to have my heart meds though and couldn't keep putting it off. You can see why it is hard for me to want to give illegals funds and programs when we are so limited now. We have American children who go to bed hungry so why do we keep paying for illegals to live here? When some of them are caught for crimes then we pay for their prison time. We pay more in some states for prisoners than we do for children's education per child! That isn't right for Americans or anyone else!We need to take care of our own before taking in so many who WILL NOT ask to come in ,follow the legal citizenship admittance,and expect all of the freedoms and privileges of America.All of the illegals or legals who have been educated here should go home to whatever country they came from and begin to make your country a better place to live.They are instead staying here and being selfish against their families and countrymen and living better lives!Shame on you legals and double shame on you illegals for coming here, getting educated and using every program you can and then not helping your own people!!!!

Its not illegal immigration, the proper terminology is illegal aliens. Calling it immigration is allowing the far left to control the discussion. How about if the government enforces the rules that exist, and lets put employers in jail for hiring them.

Well, if you break and enter technically it is within the law for you to be killed. That's a bit harsh, don't you think. Simple enforcement of law and deportation should do just fine.

well I am not 35 iam actually 43 and i dont live in the south..
i live in california S.D ....... I did have an abortion about ten years ago because me and the renegade fairy were having problems so i had an affair with a big black man and an illegal alien and wasnt sure who was the father so i killed 2 birds with one stone so to speak...... I am pro life, but my situation was unique so its ok..
And the stereo types about Ingens is sad but true...yes my renegade is an alcoholic and has been since we met....He drinks a bottle of Jacks and smokes an 8 ball of meth daily... but he has reason too ever since whitey took his land and put him in a reservation camp hes been really depressed....

I don't want them in our jails and prisons. They should be given an opportunity to get their documents and come back legally.
If immigration went to the border and opened up visas R us, we'd probably be able to stop the coyotes - (that wreck where 12 died was 2 miles from here). Save lives, get them here legally, and collect the money for the documents.
