If you download encyclopedia, you'r hard drive is going to be too full, and your' computer is going to be dragging!!

I know of no free downloadable encyclopedias. Besides Wikipedia that Tony mentions, there are a number of free encyclopedia websites out there.

m-w.com seems to be a good one.

Do a Google search to find others.

You don't need to download one. There is a site out there called http://www.wikipedia.com that has information on pretty much anything you need. Enjoy
