I dont understand whats so interesting about fake. Ofcourse real is good. A breast is the most looked at feminine body part right after the face. What impression whould you give out in the public by waring a fake one?
And about the size. Its like how women like penises. (Sorry no offence..lol)
For quite a few size matters, majority goes for average well shaped chest. And for another minority they dont care.
So average and well chaped real breasts are the most favoured ones.

A woman's chest is a facinating thing.
However, unless you're going for the trophy wife thing, most of us don't care.
(and the ones that do, aren't worth your time)
As for fake chests? Yuck. Why the hell would I want to feel a plastic bag inside the real one?

to some guys it does matter. but those are likely to be shallow men.
personally, I like em smaller and perky.
as to fake or not? fake is not realistic looking.
