The Bible says that indeed, blasphemy against the Holy spirit is unforgivable, but only God can determine that someone has blasphemed the Holy spirit. Do you feel bad about whay you said, does it make you upset? If so, you may not have blasphemed the Holy spirit as your conscience bothers you, repent and do the will of God, accept Christ Jesus as your savior who died for your sins, study the word of God for Godly wisdom, seek out true Christians by looking at their fruitage they produce to know who they are according to God's word. Don't give up, that's what Satan wants. Seek Jehovah.

They don't have their facts right. You have to deny the Holy Ghost. That means you have a perfect knowledge of the Holy Ghost and then deny that He exists. And perfect knowledge means you don't just believe in the Holy Ghost, you know from personal experience that He exists. The taking of innocent life is also an unforgivable sin.

So are you saying that the Holy Ghost doesn't have a sense of humor? You're fine until you decide that the work of Salvation was all nonsense. Only if you don't WANT to repent can you be sure that you have committed the unpardonable sin.

You haven't committed the Unpardonable Sin.
There will be many Children of GOD who made fun of the Holy Ghost in Heaven.
They will lose Rewards and it won't be Forgiven in the World to come, but will be forgiven in the World to come after that.
Get Saved(Believe who Jesus is) and leave the Sinning Alone, it will only bring Curses down on you if your Lost or Saved.
And, be Nice too!

just because of something one person said you are willing to risk throwing your life away for that? are you sure you are not just looking for an excuse to do what you want? Heaven and hell are very real places, when you ask Jesus Christ into your heart and life and really mean it you won't worry about little things like that. We all mess up big time and the blood of Jesus is the only thing that can wash it all away. To be honest, I don't exactly know what is meant by that scripture, but it just says that it isn't forgiven, not that you won't get to heaven.

The Germans have a saying about that. "Be my brother, or
go to Hell!"
This is why so many hate relgion. If you don't agree with a persons beliefs, he turns around and condemns us to hell. But
that is a human failing, not a religious one.
The Book says to, " Call noone a fool! Because one might put
onesself in danger of hellfire!" That is because we can offend one so badly, they will permanently reject their spiritual
heritge, and be damned to a miserable reality.

You can repent for any sin, ask forgiveness and be washed "as white as snow". You need to know in your heart where you will go if you die today. No one can tell you that. It is between you and God. If you are serious, you are sorry, realize you were wrong, then say a simple prayer, repent and all is new.

The person was mistaken, the term "Blaspheming agains the Holy Spirit. Refers to rejecting Jesus Christ's free gift of salvation. That is the only unpardonable sin, and you only become gulity of that sin when you die without christ. You see we are all sinners, and we are all condemmed to die. The Bible says in Romans 6:23:" For the wages of sin death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Every person who has ever sinned is condemmed to hell. Romans 5:8 KJV " But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." You see God gave his son to die for us. If you call on Jesus he will save you, but if you choose to live your life and not accept Chirst you will die and go to hell.

All right, maybe making fun of the holy ghost (now called the Holy Spirit) wasn't the smartest thing you said, but who does this person think they are telling you you'll go to hell because of it. Don't take what this person said seriously. Don't let this one remark cause you to go down the wrong path in life.
