Try Circuit City or Best Buy or similar CE store. Perhaps one of these will have an authorized servicing center at your disposal.

Or, you could contact the manufacturer for an authorized service center in your area.

You leave alot out but if it is a popular brand most electronic repair shops will service it. If is an old vhs player your talking about buy a new one it will probably cost more to repair then to buy a new one. Again when asking a question give more info you get a better response on the question.

You need to put more detail on your question. Look on your manual of your video player. If they still have warranty. You can still return them to the manufacturer. Just mail it to the right address.

They make em so cheap nowadays that you are better off throwing it out and getting a new one every 6 to 8 months.
