Just checking... based on the questions here, I as an atheist ought (I surmise) to get incredibly angry or at least offended when I use, or hear used, any of these terms:
- B.C. or A.D. in referring to the date
- Paradise in reference to a good place
- 'Bless you' when someone sneezes
- Christmas in reference to 25 Dec.
- Reference to the city of Allahabad, the country of El Salvador or people with the name Christina (okay, I've never heard these but it logically follows from what comes before).
Yet I somehow manage to survive this theistic onslaught without chewing the furniture. You see, they happen to be English words and English happens to be the language I speak.
So my question is: am I strange for not going postal when I hear these words, or has somebody created an 'atheist English' and just not told me about it?

I don't get enraged when I hear these words, and I use these words myself. I don't even have a problem with the Pledge of Allegiance, and In God We Trust emblazoned on our currency.
These are just words, and they don't offend me in the least. Those who are offended have issues.

No, not strange. Just ignorant to God's word. I understand where you are coming from though.
Christmas stuff, if some one did not really did not know my birthday, but they started to celebrate it once a year to remember me...I would not have any problem with it.
Without the help of Holy Spirit, very many things even in Bible does not make very much sense.

LOL. Thank you. I've been wondering when I was going to see someone actually stand up against all the crazy bashing of other religions.
You know you should just start throwing tantrums when you even hear the word God!! You crazy crazy person!!! Just start screaming whenever you hear it. No matter where you are.
No, seriously, you may get locked up for that! Thanks for standing up for yourself in a polite manner though!!!

Yes. No. Maybe? I don't know. Could you repeat the question?
Oh, wait! That's the Malcolm in the Middle song.
I'm guessing I missed something significant, so I have no idea. ;o)

Actually, it tells me several things.
1. you're intelligent
2. you're articulate
3. you're the ultimate democrat-you believe in freedom of religion--or not (HE HE)
you're exactly like a Baptist, Methodist, Lutheran, etc. you are the exact opposite of a Muslim or Jehovah's witness- they believe they are the only ones going to, well, wherever--and are completely intolerant of any other concept.

If you want people to accept that you are atheist, you need to check out why you are so angry againt a Christian society, ( I am not Christian), and accept them also. Mutual Respect.

Not at all. I don't. You see words have meaning by dictionary definition and then words have meaning by whatever personal meaning you decide to attribute to them. If for you they are merely worlds with no personal impact it will not bother you.

Saying bless you when people sneeze pisses me off a bit. The rest of your list doesn't bother me. There are far worse effects of religion than those.

Nope, your normal. Many atheist get angry about fanatic religious people but then they themselves become fanatic anti-religious people and no better than those they hate. So you are just atheist and not stupid.
