Wait, where did you get turkey fat????????
The grocer tells me Turkey is best for leaness, but if the burgers are burnt, think light meat, not too much heat to cook.

sit down and think what you did wrong did i rush into big a hurry was i not careful then it doesnt need to happen again ...if you have turkey make another but don't make the same mistake as who has to clean up the mess ...i found it was easier to do it carefully as i dont do messes well....
