Fiber one cereal is really good,if you are willing to give up your taste buds :-) it's like eating cardboard, but it does the trick. Um.. the same company also makes a fiber one bar that is really good, I personally like the chocolate and oats one. Other foods you can do are whole wheat breads, brown rice, etc. Split pea soup is also a good source of fiber and low in fat. If there is a Trader Joes in your area (Local grocery store), there is a lychee dried fruit snack packed with LOTS of fiber as well, and really tasty. Despite what you may think, corn isn't really that great for fiber. raw veggies work wonders too.

Kashi cerial...Its called Heart to Heart. Its good and filling.
You could also drink some of those fiber drinks. fiber is real good for you.

Both are good for you, each fruit/vegetable has different vitamins. And so as more variety, as better. Vegetables have generally less sugar than fruits.

They have high fibre breads and cereals, most vegtables, I buy All bran cereal and mix it with yogurt and other cereals.

Beans...Apple with skin...Spinach....Brocolli....Carrot...Almonds...Walnuts etc. Or you can have chewable sweet fibre tablets which are available in the market.
