Ok so there's this guy who always looks at me and stares at me and obviously seems to be attracted. Well I don't feel the same way...and yesterday i saw him at this meeting and it was at the end of the meeting and he started walking towards me ( i just flat out ignored him..i kinda feel bad) and than he kinda seemed to hesitate so he quickly pulls out his cell phone and he's talking to someone...well then a little later he gets off and i happen to be walking in his direction to go talk to someone and he he kinda looked around at me and he seemed to think I was coming over to him.
I feel kinda bad for the way i'm acting cus even though i don't attracted right now, if i really got to know him i'm sure i would fall for him.
So what did you think about what he did and what do you think he was going to say to me?

No i'm not attracted to him at first glance. What i'm saying is...the inside is more important so if he was a really great guy and all than i'm pretty sure i could fall for him.

He was probably going to just try talking to you. This is THE advice, bar-none that virtually everyone gives when someone asks; I like this guy/girl, but how do I go about letting them know?
This IS (probably) what he was going to do.
I hate to say this, and I'm sorry this sounds harsh, but you were very insensitive...very insensitive. This is exactly the reason why we men don't bother to approach woman......this is why I won't, and don't.
I (we) have gotten fed up with the wishy-washy BS, attitudes, multi-mixed, circular signals and the rest of it. You (ladies) often want direct, clear intentions from us when we talk to you, but you give ambiguous and nebulous reactions....exactly the way you described.

well if he kept making eye contact with you he may have been going to comment on how pretty you were most guys are typical for this especially when they are looking at you alot.

why don't you just let him ask you what he wants to ask you.
if you avoid him you will never know. and you say your not
attracted to him, but you say if you got to know him you know
you'd fall for him, i think your attracted to him.

he probably just wanted to talk to you but was to scared to. if i were you i'd atleast talk to him, don't lead him on but just because your not into him doesn't mean you can't be friendly.
