I broke up with my partner a month a 2 weeks ago and we only went out for four months and a half. I can't seem to forget him. What can I do to not think of this person?

Maybe you should be glad you only had to waste four months. Now you can find the right person for you. The one who will truly appreciate how beautiful you really are. Try sports, modeling, or joining a club to meet up with other people who are as special as you are and don't let anybody else waste your precious time! Try running or walking with a group. You will be too tired to remember what's his name. Make sure you are always looking drop dead gorgeous. He'll soon see it's his loss.

It's going to be hard to forget an immediate breakup. you just have to take one day at a time and take gradual steps to getting them out of your mind. The results are different for everyone so don't give up if you think it's not working, because it probably is and your just too caught up to notice. Friends are always a good way to get "them" off your mind. There are other ways, but i'm warning you now, eventually the thought of that person will sneek back into the recesses of your subconscience. Don't Worry! You will get over it, in Due Time.

Stay busy. Get involved in an activity that neither of you did or did together or liked - something totally new for you. You could play some sports, take a class, or volunteer, join the gym, etc. Do something you've always wanted to do but never had the time because of the relationship.
