see i was one day making some lunch (lean cuisines swedish meatballs) and i was then told we were going out for lunch. i put it back in the refridgerator, but i had already thrown the box away. now, a day or two later, i want to cook it. does anyone know how long to microwave it for????

opps, did i say refrigerator??? well, it was in the freezer. i dont want to under cook it, but i dont want to burn it eaither.

Freeze foods are usually 25 minutes in a conventional oven at 350. But be on the safe side and check it after 15. Edited- whoops, you said microwave. Try two minutes, then another two minutes, then a third if necessary.

If it was in the refrigerator and not the freezer, just a minute or two to warm it up, as you would with left-overs. It was fully cooked when frozen, so no worries there.

Maybe a couple min, just until its warm.
