well i'm not a guy- but i can tell you about men.
First impressions count the most. Dress clean and smartly, showing off your best assetts - eg nice legs? wear a skirt.
Not too much make-up! men hate doll look-alikes.
If you have good teeth, smile to show them off a little, if not practise smilling with your mouth shut.
find a hairstyle that suits your face - but also not too done up or hard to manage.
Go to a perfume shop and find something thats popular - generally means men like it.
Ok, so now you should look good and smell great - just conversation left.
Most men have big ego's, try to learn something about male culture -like football or racing etc - it will create a talking point, men can't normally talk for long conversations so keep it simple.
Finally, when you walk hold your head up high - it will give a sence of confidence about you - men love that. Hope this helped!

Be yourself. be natural. Be demure, happy, joyful, lighthearted, funny, open to ideas, and discussion, but not a loudmouth, or an opinionated boor.
Dress conservatively, but stylish. Guys will notice bizarre dress, and that will certainly attract the bad boys, because it might send them the wrong message that you are "hot' and therefore morally loose .
Get your hair done in a stylish, but not bizarre fashion; loose curls are nice. Go easy on make-up; light and complementary to your personality.
When you see someone struggling with classwork, offer to help with homework.
Don't carry tales, and rumors, or do anything to harm anyone else's reputation. The only facts you know about someone are those that you witness; so everything else is rumor. Don't carry rumors. Keep secrets, secret.
Do this, and you will get noticed, eventually, and by the right guys, too!

You will get noticed by not making a effort to be noticed.
Guys dont like girls who flirt alot and dress tacky. Least not after the first night they dont.
