Ear infections won't go away on its own or with home treatments. You need to get antibiotics. See a Doctor. If not treated could cause more serious problems with ears.

My mom used to use peroxide for ear infections. She would take an eye
dropper an half way fill it then she would have me tilt my head to the left or right depending on what side the infection is on. She would squeeze a little at a time in the ear wait a few minutes have me tilt my head to the other side so the peroxide could drain out, she would would try this about 3 or 4 times. In my case it worked great. But be careful this method may not be for everyone when all else fails go to the doctor! If this question is for a baby please take no chances on home remedies take your baby to the doctor!

You need to see a doctor, who can prescribe you antibiotic drops administered directly into the ears...or antibiotics in oral form....or both at the same time. You will start having an absolutely disgusting/foul smelling discharge there....if it isn't already the case. I had a cousin with this problem. He had a chronic ear infection for years, because his parents couldn't afford for him to see a doctor (Phil.). It was a pain being anywhere near him...most of all at the table. Nobody wanted to sit next to him. The smell was a nightmare....it literally took your breath away.
Please see a doctor for your sake and for the sake of other people...loved ones and strangers.

Allow it to drain in case of external otitis. Keep the treatment as directed by your physician. If this is not the first time you have an ear infection is probably because of:
1 Your treatment is not the correct or
2 The treatment is not correctly used:
2.1 do not stop the treatment
2.2 take the quantities required by your physician
2.3 take it for the time it's been required
Ask questions to your doctor. the external otitis is treated different than internal otitis.

You go to your doctor and get examined and then follow any treatment he/she gives you. What is wrong with you people!? Apart from an ear infection that is.
