hahahaha. I bet this guy is doing it just to get a rise out of you. You are obviously straight and threatened by a gay man approaching you. I honestly think that if you just ignore it and he'll stop when you stop reacting.

The PC answer is when he comes by, call a co-worker on speaker phone and make sure that someone else hears the conversation. Or use a hand held recorder. Then report him, as you have a witness.

It sounds like you work in a small company so nothing will happen... but at least he knows you won't stand for it.

Tell the boss immediately, push Dave to the ground, bail myself out of jail, file a lawsuit against the company, and say that they did nothing to stop the queer from harassing his straight coworkers because they were afraid he would sue if he were fired because he was a queer, BECAUSE America is all screwed up. And after I got my $1,000,000,000,000 I'd go kick his ***. That's what i'd do!

First and foremost, ignor him. He doesn't know how to find a like-minded mate. It's currently too late for you to start practicing etiquette since you have already threatened him with bodily harm.

I believe it is time for you contact your company's human resources department or ask your boss for a transfer or different hours and be specific as to why.

Tell him that is sexual harassment and if he cannot respect your wishes to stop then you will go to the boss with the problem. And if he won't stop then go to the boss, if the boss wont do anything keep going higher till something is done because that IS sexual harassment and IS illegal.

Sorry about that. It won't happen again. You didn't have to call me out in front of everyone!!!

LOL - you can go to HR about the person if they are bothering you. Or you could make it very clear to that person that you're not interested. I've never been in that situation so I don't know what I would do. I'd feel uncomfortable, I'm sure...

I think if you ignore it he will get tired of harassing you. If people think their getting to you they will keep it up. You know your not gay and that's whats important. Don't let him get you worked up. Walk away with no comment. I hope this works if not you may have to find a different job. Good luck.

first try to find another gay co-worker and hook them together. if that does not work then report him to a manager or higher authority that will be able to do something about it. You have given him a warning so go to the next step.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT, go directly to H.R. and report it, it is making you uncomfortable and you have already tried to handle it yourself before going to authorities, and he is making your work harder by doing this. which drives down company productivity. No company wants productivity down. For this I would already have someone out the door. Oh and for all the violent answers you see that will only get your butt Out the door not his. Since he is dating supervisor warn the company about a lawsuit and report to the BBB Better Business Bureau

File a sexual harassment suit against him. He will stop and you will get some money out of the deal.

I am Gay. IF I have no interest in someone's advances, I tell them, "You are not my type, forget about it." That usually works out just fine. This guy is delusional. Don't base your opinion of Gays on this one. Tell him you are straight, have NO interest in him, period. Tell him to STOP MAKING A FOOL of himself. Then, just ignore him. If he doesn't stop, you are being harrassed...take it up with your boss.
