Mi vida está en sus manos. (My life is in your hands... using the formal "your" as opposed to the informal buddy "your")
or
Mi vida está en las manos de Dios. (My life is in God's hands.)
My version is the correct version, and the person who replied above me (second person) is wrong.

If you are addressing God directly, you should use the tú form, so I would say, "Mi vida está en tus manos."

You'll listen "[Señor,] mi vida está en tus manos". = "[Lord,] my life is in your hands".
Confusssssed is really confused about "ser" and "estar". Being a student doesn't mean you are right.
