i've wanted a lipring for quite some time now.. im 15.. and have looked up ALOT of info on the subject.. and ive come to the conclusion that i want a left side angled labret on my lip. my parents are totally against it.. and say that it will leave a scar and i wont be able to get a good job with a lip ring or a scar from a lipring. i didnt think that it left a big scar.. does anyone know? and then i found something that you can put in your hole and you cant tell that you have a lipring.. or something like that...
any ideas on how to cover a lipring, scar size, or how to convince parents to let me get one??
send pics of pericing scars and stuff.. if you have any.

I’m going to side with your parents here, OK…
They love you, and they don’t want to see you doing stuff to yourself that you may later come to regret.
I don’t like ‘lip rings or nose rings’… but that is a personal opinion, and you don’t need to concern yourself with what I think.
You do however have to concern yourself with what your parents think, and whilst you continue to live in their home, you perhaps should be respecting their wishes !!!

Listen to your parents. Maybe when you stop acting like a child, they'll stop treating you like one.
I guarantee that when you're in your 30s & have your own precious babies you won't let them get their lips pierced. It's barbaric & disgusting.

make straight A's in school and you may change your mind!as far as your parents,i dont think they will allow it if they have to pay for it.why not do your
bellybutton,that is more sexy than having metal hanging off your lip.im behind you,but i dont count.so shawty rethink your quest,cause once its done its too late to go back.scars and all.

your parents aren't trying to be mean, they are just looking out
for your best interest. wait until you are out of their house and
then you can do what you want. lip rings are nasty and people
will judge you on that.

~~~I have an Idea,,,,,listen to your parents! a lip ring,,then what,,eyebrow piercing,,,nose piercing,,,then tatoos,,,,when your 18 and supporting yourself then you can go deface your entire body,,,but while living in your parents home,,,you have to respect them,,,,,I dont mean to be harsh but gee,,,their your mom and dad,,,its good to listen to them,,,,for reals,,,~~~
