I'm a girl and if i found out that one of my friends liked me and i was in a relationship i would want my friend to tell me how he feel about me. So i believe you should tell her how you feel about her if you don't now you will always ask that one question to yourself what would happen between me and her if i told her how i felt? u should give it a go

Do nothing. It's not wrong to like someone, so what if she has a boyfriend? You can still be her friend, get to know her more.
