The male genitals develop under the influence of testosterone.

So look for a balding guy with a hairy barrel-shaped chest, then look at his crotch. Of course, this probably means looking a little outside your age group ... maybe mid to late 20's ought to pick up the first signs of baldness. A bonus for you is that testosterone makes men horny, so most of them would also be glad to help you out with that virginity issue.
