Act like it's just a friend but mention that it's good to catch up and you were wondering how she was doing. It says that you care but aren't just sitting around waiting for her. From there watch her reaction and if your still not sure by the end of the meeting ask her if she'd like to get together again next weekend to talk some more, if shes interested she'll say yes.
