last night i was passed out drunk and when my girl woke me up she told me my friend got jumped an hour before and everyone needed me to go rumble. i jumped out, and seeing that my past is very sketchy and i have done alot of time, i was considering skipping that. but then she told me that they took my police batton and my brass knuckles to go and rumble with, i was PISSED because those have bloodstains on them and they have MY prints all over them. so i drove down there and handle it. my question is, if someone takes your stuff and gets in trouble with it, whos fault is it?

So - you think you can have illegal items, with your history, and it's ok?
The first problem, among many, is that you had that stuff and when you do THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS.

You need to grow up. You sound like this should all somehow be ok.
Stop doing what you are doing and not expecting consequences - otherwise you wil have consequences over and over again until you do realize it.

You have made your own mess - stop trying to act like you are not responsible and it is ok. The only one who can fix this you, not anyone else - the only person you can change is you.
Straigthen out your life - and start now.

Well, it's their fault, but you might consider giving up the rumbling so you won't have this problem anymore.

You should probably also wipe down your weapons after a rumble. They'll last longer and no incriminating bloodstains!

Highly doubtful they would do forensic testing for the fingerprints or the blood DNA analysis. Who ever is in the posession of the brass knuckles will be charged with CCW (carrying a concealed weapon)

Of course it is your stuff and you might try enjoying an 8x12 room with Bubba in the cot next to you.

Clean up and get off drugs and make something out of life.

Bloodstains and your fingerprints? You'll have a hard time getting out of that one. Who else's fingerprints are on them?

You will definitely be considered a suspect. With your past, it will be exceptionally hard to prove anything positive. Four words I am sure you already know - *I WANT MY LAWYER*.
