I don't know whether to be happy that the leader of an organization that is the greatest threat to freedom of religion in the history of the world is gone from this earth or to be sad for him. For I know that if indeed he has died he right now is standing before God attempting to explain his sinfulness. I think as a Christian I feel glad that he may be gone but I feel terrible that ANY man must stand before the almighty God and be sent to eternal torment.

Nope. No relation. Just a good old boy from Oklahoma. Part of me wants to go out and dance a jig and say YYYEEESSSS! he's gonna burn! But the Christian part of me realizes what he is going through right now and it's just terrible.

Yes - that's what they are saying on the news this morning. I think that the movement has enough steam to go on without him :-(
However, thanks for an example of Christian compassion.

I didn't hear that, that would be good news.
But I don't think he standing before God right now, I think he's in Hell with the demons and at the end judgement, then he will be standing before God, for sentencing, then the real hell begins.
It is a shame for anyone to go to hell, but I think God gives plenty of chances for a person to change, so what can God do when he has done everything he can, and a person just won't change.

There has been news recently that many others presume that Osama may have died, Many other countries and their leaders think that he is dead and the CIA, as well . Yes indeed the world would have one less terrorist , and be one step closer to World Peace

It makes little difference whether he is dead or not, the conflict will continue.
It seems highly unlikely (though possible, of course) that he's dead though. Al Queda like to "manage" information like that, and they haven't said anything...

He hasn't died. Those are only rumors. I am pretty sure he's quite healthy and enjoying somewhere under the wings of the super power.
