You may find Canola oil - that's a specific type of rape seed oil mainly produced in Canada or the USA. Or try sunflower oil, that's also low in poly-unsaturates like rape seed oil. Or a light olive oil although that tends to be expensive. Sesame seed oil tends to have a distinctive flavour which Rapeseed, Canola and Sunflower don't have. They are all vegetable oils and pretty much interchangeable. I'd recommend you don't use palm oil as its heavy and high in saturates - i.e. higher cholesterol

Another name for rape seed oil is vegetable oil. If you look at the ingredients for vegetable oil it will say it contains rape

Any veggie oil will do. I think canola oil is the same thing, but it smells fishy if you get it too hot. Use sunflower oil instead.
