My ward is doing UG thru distance education. Neighbourhood surrounding ( generally cordial but) is noisy and not suitable for calm studies. Is there any place in chennai that can give calm atmosphere suitable for studies to prepare for exams. Does any public library allow students to sit and read for exams? pls advise.

Another thought might just be to buy yourself some
ear plugs and find a spot that you feel will give you
some calm atmosphere and study. Yes, public
librarys are always a good spot to sit and do your
studies since you might even need some material
while your there. Good for you for continuing with
your education.

Chennai has become so noisy that it is almost impossible to find a calm place and it may not be possible to go there everyday even if you find one. Better train your mind to focus and forget the noise.
