That all depends on the woman. We are all different, some like jewelry some like flowers, you should know her better than most. What does she usually like. For my birthday my boyfriend bought me a ring but he wrote happy birthday in rose pedals and set the ring under it. The rose pedals was the best part. Don't get me wrong I love the ring but the pedals showed his heart was in it too. How cool is that. Good luck :)

It depends on how long you've been dating her.If for a while you can go with jewelry. But if it hasn't been that long and you're not even that serious go with something else. Ask her what kind of things she likes. Is she a material girl? She may not want something so flashy. It depends on her.

i agree, jewelry is always nice. but just be thoughtful. i know i always love like a hand made card or something you know the other person spent time on making for you.
