Nope.
It is part of human nature.
The only religion that does not have hypocrites is the one with no human members.

No. It isn't possible. Because we are human, we make mistakes. But we do our best. For example, I am a Christian, and have absolute reverence for the word of God and seek to obey. But that doesn't mean that someone can't pop up and remind me of something I did in the past against the word of God. They could say I'm a hypocrite because what I say or do now doesn't match what I did then. That is just one of the ways the devil has of making someone feel unworthy of God's love, or any love. The truth is, since I have repented for my sins, I am forgiven- through grace. At the same time, as a true Christian, I have to stay away from the sins of my past, or learn from my mistakes. This is called spiritual growth. No mortal man can tell you that you have not acheived this.
I believe a true hypocrite is someone who claims to have reverence for the word of God, but they continue to disobey. They call themselves Christians, or whatever other religion they are, but their real god is money or power. They want to be seen and heard in all their good deeds, but their life is showing contradictions. Some are more obvious than others. And they will be held accountable.

I can only speak for Christianity, since I'm a Christian.
The reason non-Christians constantly bombard Christians with that term is that, rightfully so, they observe that while we teach and proclaim that we follow a Master Who teachs us not to sin, we still inevitably do.
Christians lust, we lie, we break promises and commitments, we steal...we still struggle with all the same temptations that we did before we became followers of Jesus...and we often fail to resist those temptations.
So in that sense, the non-Believer watches us and rightfully observes that often, our behavior doesn't match our very vocal proclamation.
What has gone amiss is that often, Believers in error have proclaimed that we are now, in this life, free from our struggle with sin and temptation and that we DON'T fall and sin anymore...which is hardly the case.
We still struggle and fail - but the difference now is that we have a loving Master Who forgives us and strengthens us for the struggle, now making it POSSIBLE to resist, and more importantly promises us an eternity with Him.
So in very true senses, Christians (if they preach a message that says we don't sin anymore) really are hypocrites.

All faiths ideally should be good faiths it's just the human flaws which make their followers look like hypocrites to the world

There are hypocrites found in every sector of society. Just because someone subscribes to a certain belief system, it doesn't mean they are perfect. We are all guilty of this behavior at sometime in our lives. We may wish to do what is right, but we can't all the time.

Hipocrisy is a funny subject.
Do as I say, not as I do. Hmm.
Well, I cannot say I have never been innocent of this, I do wish that if you can see the fault in the religion, change it to adapt to you.
That way you can truly state what you believe and live by example.
You will also know what you are talking about, and that makes your path more credible to outside observers.

I seriously doubt it. Religions are systems set up so that the soul with problems can be helped. Hypocrites are souls that have problems. Where else would you send them?

the word hypocrite derives from the late Latin hypocrisis and Greek hupokrisis both meaning play-acting or pretence.
A passage from the Christian Gospel of Matthew is often cited as the typical example of the hypocrite: "Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast the mote out of thy brother's eye" Matthew 7:5. The passage means that it would be ridiculous to help someone remove a splinter or a piece of sawdust from their own eye, if you yourself had an entire log in yours and hadn't first tried to remove it (i.e. attempt to resolve your own flaw).

Most likely not, as people are flawed and will do things sometimes they wish that hadn't done. Even Paul, the great apostle said "the good I would do, I do not, the evil I would not do, I do." I'm not greater than Paul. I love the law of God, it is perfect. Do I always obey Him? No. It disappoints me that I am not a perfect representation of my Lord and Savior. Thankfully, He loves me anyway.

All religions are not hypocrite but their follower is hypocrites. All religions teach to be 'good follower'. All people always want to show that his / her religion is the best and they want others to follow them ( convert to their religion ) but some of them did the wrong ways. They bomb other place by the name of God, they curse other religion by using "king's statement" etc. So, hypocrite is not created by religion but it is created by human.
The good example is GW Bush. He is king of hypocrite. He always blame others when he did the fault. When, he cannot catch Bin Laden, so he make us focus to Saddam & forget about Bin Laden for a moment.
When, al-Qaeda bombed WTC ( but America still cannot proof about it ) people blamed Islam & Muslim. When communist killed others, people blamed Buddhism. When Bush killed millions people at Iraq, Afghanistan... people just blame Bush. Why not blame Christianity too? Hmm... who is hypocrite?
Communist killed Japanesse because what Japanesse did to their family, grandparents... but people still blame them!
Muslim bombed theirselves to make other Muslim happy. They want peace. They want freedom land. They want their own goverment. They want US leave them alone. But people do nothing.
When Bush attacked Afghanistan, Iraq just for oil, people believe Bush is the America's hero. People believe that Bush is the greatest president... but at the other eyes, the world believe, Bush is King of Terror ( said Nostradamus : 1503-1566). Nostradamus is the person that can see the future... he said MABUS is king of terror ( http://writch.com/gwb.html ). But others is sooooo kind. They believe that is Bush fault not Christian fault.
But others, not like that! They not believe Buddhism & Islam not guilty in this case...
But most of Western think that people character are threat by religion not by themself.
Why we must be hypocrite? Think it back!
