You can use them to develop stong relationships within the church. You can choose a ministry within the church, you can cousel people in the church, you can be a big help in a sunday school class. You can visit people from the church throughout the week, like the elderly. The most important thing is to try to develop strong relationships, God will direct you to where He wants you to go and what to do, everything will fall into place.

Your question needs more detail. What exactly are you trying to do?
If you are referring to grammatical skills, and you are trying to minister to others in the church, you should get with the other leaders in the church to find out what type of classes they have or have used to help them to use the language fluently.
If you are referring to "The Word" skills, spend more time IN The Word and allow the Holy Spirit to be the orator.
Peace to you.

Do you mean to volunteer? If that's what you mean, then talk to your pastor about starting a small group.
