History shows that the catholics have murdered, lied, cheated and maimed their way to the worlds largest fortune. If that fortune was redistributed, the worlds poorest and neediest people could have a chance at survival. What purpose does that massive wealth serve, other than to remind the poor and dying that god doesnt love them?
I believe that, if the church was to be tried by a jury, they could be charged and convicted of;
Obtaining goods by deception.
Demanding money with menaces.
Murder in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree. (En mass)
Torture
Child molestation.
Incitement to riot, kill and abuse and a whole lot more.
As an aetheist it offends me that a crime syndicate like the catholics are allowed to continue. The head man is a nazi and his henchmen are dispicabal perverts with no more love for their fellow man than the ss of world war 2.
We wiped out the nazis and we have been fighting the mafia for years. When do we put a stop to the catholic world menace?

Definitely. If any other institution did all the things that these people did, they would have punished for it by now. It pisses me off how they are able to get away with it because they have the pretense of a 'religion' to hide behind. Its about time that the vatican was raided, the money that they have stolen given to the poor and needy, all the paedophile priests slammed away in jail for eternity, and all the lies (that the church promotes) exposed for what they are.

Again, this is EXACTLY the same mindset that fundamentalists use to justify their actions against other groups. Whether the actions are physical or not, it doesn't matter. Ironically, you're engaging in the EXACT same kind thought system that is at the root of the things you cite. It's at the root of all the issues in the world-- the muslims feel justified for the negative actions of the west or israel or christianity, the west feels justified in its response, israel feels justified in its response, atheists feel justified in their decision to verbally attack fundamentalists, etc. etc. It's all the same cycle, over and over and over again. And we ALL (especially me ;) ) engage in it. But never think that we're above the fray because NONE of us are.

The welth of the Catholic Church...is a well known issue..in fact lots of people disagree with it....but for the time being...is like this.

Einstein???? Muslim Church??? Hmm, clever.
In answer to question - maybe a bit extreme, but along the right lines. Nothing will happen until it stops being the biggest business in the world... which it won't...

All religions have 2 sides like this. Catholicism can help people moraly and may even improve their lives. But just like every religion theres abuse and no 1 has ever seen any god for proof.

Religion has been the reason for most wars, tragedies and sufferings of humanity just because every one wishes the other human being to follow his God.

No. It's up to us to walk a higher path and lead by example.
Religion is the way to violence.
We need to show that the only way to break the cycle is to overcome religion. Peacefully.

It is for the Pagans to storm. They slayed us en masse. They burned us alive. To the underworld with them!
Of course, the atheists are more than welcome to join us. =]
