I don't think it is. That's a generalization. Some men lose weight easily and some women lose weight easily. I lost twelve pounds this summer in 10 days and I have kept it off. People who truly want to lose the weight, are motivated, and are dedicated will lose weight with the right program.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Women's bodies naturally carry more fat than men's do and it also takes longer to build muscle. The guy above was right about the testosterone--women don't have this and thats why most can't really 'bulk up' like a man can. But willpower is all relative--there are just as many fat men out there as there are women.

No, It is not any easier. I have to train for 1and a half hour a night to drop weight. The difference being a majority of men carry more muscle thanks to being a man(testosterone) women(estrogen) is what helps to adding fat. Women are more prone to hang on to body fat than muscle because they don't want to look manly.

High tesosterone levels. Women have more oestrogen, which makes weight loss more difficult. As for willpower, that depends on the individual and has nothing to do with gender. HTH : )

Men generally have faster metabolisms due to their higher proportion of muscle mass out of total body mass. Also, physiologically, women inherently tend to have more fat than do men.
