I had the same problem, but i wasnt putting drops in them 4 times a day, its allergy time, mine was nothing but allergies, i would wake up and my eye felt like it was glued shut or something like that, and i would have to peel it open with water. so allergies would b my first guess, dont let the other answers freak u out. people, just like to give others a hard time on here, and im sure theres a reason you put drops in your eyes 4 x a day rt? did the dr tell you too? if not i would only do it when i woke up and before i went to bed.

Sound like pink eye aka conjuntivitis. Can be caused by allergies or by infection. U need a drop with sulpher in it but be careful because lots of people are allergic to the sulpher drugs

For goodness sake stop putting eyedrops in 4 times a day and get some medication. Those drops are for temporary use only. They could be making your situation worse.

Have you seen a doctor? If you are just using eyedrops without a diagnosis it could be anything. The eyedrops might be a problem if they are old or infected from your eye. Make an appointment.

You have gonorrhea in your eye. Go to the doctor and be prepared to have to explain yourself. You know what you have been up to.
