is there a website that shows a picture of one? if i don't have a picture to get a general idea, ours will end up looking like s***.

you make a face out of different shapes of pasta. macaroni, bowtie, wagon wheels, ziti, etc.

use wagon wheels for eyes the cured ones for the shape and mouth hoodles for hair and a bowtie for a bowtie

just draw a man, then let the child glue pasta on it. Im sure it will turn out great. Its the idea behind the two of you sittin down together for the project, not you doing the project.
