Cut each orange crosswise into 1/4 inch slices. Place on wire racks which have been placed on cookie sheets in a 150 degree oven. Dry for about 6 hours, turning over if edges start to curl. When dried, they should be pliable. If this is for a craft project; apply clear acrylic spray.

I,DON'T THINK YOU CAN DRY CITRUS.
BUT I DO KNOW THAT IF YOU CANDY THE FRUIT - IT KEEPS ALMOST FOR EVER !!

put it out in the sun and leave it there until it reaches your desired...dryness...if thats a word...lol...
