I sold my sister my car and wrecked it and claimed it under my insurance and doesnt wanna pay up cus my insurance went up, shes a little biitch, im fed up with her, she said she wont pay me but the car is still under my name, i went to the dmv to notify it wasnt mine anymore, she refuses to change the name, so theres a note on the sys that theres a new owne, so now what i wanna do is go at night and take it and sell it or something cus sjes a big time biitch to all of us, specialy my parents she caused a divorce so i am pissed but should i do it ?

I think you should listen to this words real careful . family are the 1st ones to do you wrong. Learn from your mistake with her & forgive her & let it go. If you go & try to do something back to her out of revenge it could back & blow up in your face.

If she wrecked the car after you sold it to her, she should pay for not only damages she caused but the remaining balance she owes you. If you got proof something in writing take her to court. If no proof good luck.

what ever you do should be legal..or you are the one that will suffer. consult an attorney ... sometimes.. you can get free consultation... or a hotline.. is available in some towns... where you get free legal advice. however if it is still under your name.. call the police... tell them to meet you at your sisters... so there will not be any problems when you have the car taken away. they do that for people who are divorcing and have to go get their possessions.
