Unfortunately these days, some children, youths and adults are illiterate, and weren't raised up to speak correct english. i think it is a good thing to speak english, its better to be educated than uneducated.

Well when your in the USA you have got to know enough English to get around or at the least understand English so you can buy food gas and pay for it also or you will be rip off. I lived in a Hotel for 5 years and I can tell you for a fact a deaf person gets quicker service then somebody who speaks no English at all. They write and we write back. There is no way to communicate to a person who doesn't speak the language at all or understand it at all. These days everyone wants the USA to go back to being the USA the problem as I personally see it is simple we are a country on the verge of taking back our name and calling the shots inside out own borders. As far back as I can recall we went out of our way to make all people a part of our country only to be cut down told off and basically spit on by the world at large. Our country was the melting pot of the world and everyone was welcome to come here in peace not to blow us up in pieces which is exactly what the Middle Est is trying to do. Now there is Mexico running their mouths because we want to shut down all the borders and protect our own. They don't want this because it will definitely put a big hurt on their economy and ours will get better because all the jobs here will have Americans working again instead of standing in the welfare lines begging for jobs that are not available.
