The Vatican City answers appear to be correct. A "country" has certain requirements like Independent government, ambassadors, international recognition among others. I think the others mentioned (Except Belgium and Argentina??) are dependent states, that is, they get their government from some other country, like NZ or the U.K..

Arctic Cirle, I know it's not a country but, Arctic circle has no permanent population, and the temprorary population 10, 000 half of which are tourists and half are scientists.
