It depends. Does if a guy usually makes time for you, but sometimes he says he's busy, it could be just that. If he is most often too busy to see you, he doesn't wanna. But you might not see busy the way he does. I had a girlfriend once that felt like "Why would you wanna play a video game when you could be doing something with me or talking to me?" or "Why would you wanna watch a baseball game when you could be doing something with me or talking to me on the phone?" But sometimes I just wanted to play or watch the game, or do something that I couldn't really enjoy with her. The way I saw it, I was busy. The way she saw it, I was too busy watching some stupid game to talk to her.

Hi. I think I can possibly shed some light for you on this subject.
My boyfriend dodges and ditches me a lot. I had to realize that EVERYONE needs their space.
If you don't ever give him time for himself..he will try to get it in ways that you may not like.
Most of the time (if they are not smothered) they are just trying to be macho and spend time "with the guys". Guys think it is cool to tell their lady that "I'm busy" or "I will call you later" and then not do it. Just remember....... MEN ARE DOGS WOMEN ARE CATS AND THEY DONT GET ALONG!

most of the time were busy, but sometime's there talking with other women, or drinking with the guys, or just wanna be alone for the moment.

it depends.maybe he is busy or maybe he dont have time or maybe it s the situation between you and that gut,trust me a women knows when a man is busy

if he's busy he'll tell you what he's busy doing. If he doesn't tell you anything specific, just busy, it's a dodge.

it just means that he's not that interested anymore with you. but if he's a good man then maybe he may be busy. it depends

your question is hard to answer....... but i'll try my best.....
it depends.. if i trully love the girl. i'll try my best to be with her eventhough i have lots of sh*t to do.... because i'm the type of person that gave the best for my girl... i want my girl feel the true meaning of love. with out having...........
but if i dont care for the person. i'll say that.. i cant go with her........
