They'll never be able to disprove one of the greatest miracles in the bible!

we dont need to build one in reality, studies have shoewn that it would be a craft of a enormous lengh and girth to carry safely every animal on the planet if they only carried a single specimen, now double where appropriate, then add space for fodder of every type and description from a snake to an elephant, then add the space for fresh water, and you have a logistical nightmare. an impossibility by any stretch of the imagination, if you take the bible literally.
computer modelling of such a craft the boffins who attempted the feat stated it would take at least fifty years to coral the animals. and over three months to feed, with the staff that noah was suppsed to have taken. regards LF

You do realize that the ark equaled ~500 boxcars. That would hold 2 of every animal if they were young and small. The ark's beam to legnth ratio was ~1 X 6, the same as modern ships. How could Noah know that?

It could be built, although there may be some discrepancies since only the specifications and not the detailed construction plan exists.

As far as gathering the animals, the thought is that there would be one pair of wolves for all the dog breeds today. One pair of horses, etc... I don't think we could replicate that portion of what God called Noah to do.

I would first have to back adapt the animals to the original creatures!

As in All dogs come from 1 pair!
Modern cattle come from 7 pairs!
I am not sure how to back adapted an elephant, but an older relative is only 2 feet long nose to tail!

If somebody challenged me to build the empire state building in a 10 years without any help and offered me $10bn if a did it.

However tempted by the money I would not attempt it as it is obviously impossible.

So is building any vessel to hold two of all animals that exist on planet Earth. I would require a logic bypass or a lobotomy to get my
head round that... but please give me a clue??

That wouldn't work, since today there are a lot more species that have arisen. In Noah's day, there wouldn't have been so many. Noah probably had about 16,000 animals on the ark, although maybe only 2,000. It depends on whether the biblical "kind" falls under genus, or family on the taxonomic scale.

So, trying to replicate it wouldn't work.

You want us to disprove something that has not even been proven. Just cause it says it in a book, the other day I read a book about aliens coming to earth and snatching bodies. I guess I should start believing that!

Where did Noah fit the Dinosaurs?

Noah did this with God's assistance, and because God wanted him to do it. A normal person now couldn't do it unless God commanded it. =)
