wow u guys i feel terrible. but i shouldn`t riite?
okay i ate cereal in da mornin` with an apple and later on i ate another apple for snack, at lunch i pretty much didn`t eat anythin` but like half of a half of a small sandwhich and then i ate half of a deli sandwich with a small bag of peanuts and then i aate like 4 medium sized chocolate chip cookies then i ate like at 10:00 a little bit of chinese food.. dang.. am i gonna gain weight? im feeling depressed 4 some reason. help me

When you're in line with what you want you feel wonderful. That's what enthusiam is, that's what joy is, that's what that feeling of passion is. But when you're feeling bad, that's your body's way of saying you are not right now in alignment with what you are wanting. You're mentioning food, so I'm believing that you're thinking it's your weight that's the problem here. Only eat that which you find helpful to your weight, you'll be surprised on how good you feel. It'll be amazing.

You dont have enough nutrients in yoor diet. You also are lacking a variety of flavor, color, texture- ya know, the things that excite the senses. This can have emotional, physical, and psychological effects. Spiritual too ( spirits feeling low?)
If you are saying that you dont feel well and you are talking about food, than you need to think about what you are eating.

Food is life and the life you put inside yourself is the life you are going to have. That food seems a bit scant and your feelings sound pretty much the same.

Try looking into different types of diets ( Macrobiotic, White Meat, Vegetarian, Ayurvedic *, Yoga Diet, etc.)
See which one is most appealing visually, texture and taste wise. Maybe even mix them up a little bit

You also look into mood helpers ( meditation(Holosync), yoga(Ananda), mental therapy, a life counselor is really good*, An Elder or spiritual advisor.

There is diferent types of meditation too ( guided imagery is good to start with, mantras(sound speaking), yantras(visual focus),

~~~If you are trying to loose weight,,,dont beat youself up for one night of endulgence. Today is a new day,,,,if you are already at the weight you want to be,,,,again,,,dont beat your self up,,,its ok to treat yourself occasionally,,,,,if you dont treat yourself,,you may begin to resent your diet and go off it compleatly,,,,just remember,,,today is a new day :) ~~~

After 9:pm ,you can't eat anything, even water, if you want to keep fit.
