Eat lots of protein, and do weight bearing exercise to build muscle. Unless you just want to add fat. Then eat lots of fast food.

EAT! Eat copious amounts of food. If you're trying to build muscle mass you'll have to work out hard core (weight lifting, cardio, muscle toning) & eat a lot more (especially carbs) to replenish all the calories you'll be burning by working out. You can even get supplements (powders or protein bars etc to bulk up). Muscle weighs more than fat but also burns calories more efficiently so it can actually be hard to keep weight on, ironically when you're building muscle mass.

I don't work out & your question strikes me as ironic since most of us want to LOSE weight not gain! I wish I had such problems! I used to be superthin when I was younger & could eat whatever i wanted. Those days are gone. My metabolism seems to have slowed down since I started working shiftwork...

Eat foods with a lot of calories. Eat potatoes, fried foods, foods that people normally eat for thanksgiving and christmas are also good foods to help you put on weight.

Um, well if you want to gain weight, then eat junk food and lay around the house all day. But, if you want to lose it, eat fruit and vegetables and exercise.

you dont have to eat alot to put on weight this will bring your colestrol to a high level .EVERY NIGHT before you go to bed mix one to two tablespoon of honey in a glass of milk and drink it you will put on weight. this is a healthy way. no side effects. good luck
