My father says i am a bad boy and wants me to be a good boy please tell me what is a good boy?

He is always saying that i am a bad son and always take him for granted. I'm only 16 and he expects so much from me. And My mom she is always scolding me over little things, even like you are late for 1 min she complain to my dad and they two say i am a bad son.

I am almost going mad so please give logical answers

A good boy usually means obeying what you father says and not arguing too much with him on things.

Why would your father say such a thing? Have you been doing bad in school? At home? Are you uncontrollable at either place? Do you constantly get punished?
Where is this coming from?
A "good boy" can be anything from what a boy would say to his dog, or a child after handing over a picture they have just drawn, or a good report card. It is so generic that it is hard to answer.
Generically also, a "good boy" is one who does his best in school and at home (notice I say "HIS best"), takes pride in his personal appearance, is polite and well-mannered to those he is in contact with, takes responsibility for his own actions, whatever they are (THAT'S A BIGGIE RIGHT THERE), respects others space and personal rights, does their best at whatever they attempt and is willing to accept that He has done his best without any regrets, and probasbly the most important....he can love himself in spite of what other may think or say about him if he has done his best. You cannot live your life for others....but you do have to live with yourself....make sure you are the perfect "roommate".
Good Luck!!
P.S. A bad boy wouldn't have even worried enough to even ask for advice to the definition of a 'good boy.' Think about that.

Hey...you aren't gonna get the due respect even if you'll obey your parents. You are at an age where anything and everything you do just won't be pleasing to your folks. It's termed as 'generation gap'. F*UCK IT! You need to stand up for yourself and let your conscience tell you what's right and what's wrong. Don't be a mummy's boy because when you finally grow up and secure your mummy's dream job for you, you'll realise that your life's wasted away and you'll never lead the life you truly wish to have led.

my parents are also like that. im not bothered seriously speaking. to them gd means obeying whatever they say is right. but again, most parents i believe will not ask you to do something that will harm you.

ive been through that period. i just do whatever i think its right (i guess you already have that ability to differentiate what's right and wrong) and then play along with their rules. this should solve the problem. i guess im lucky because my mama she has a modern thinking. she TOTALLY understands me. just that at some point she is a nag maybe menopause bah. hahahaha....
