I agree with the personal hygiene thing, smelly breath, or stinky bits are a definite no-no. However I also have to say that when a man goes the opposite way and starts to use a lot of products or gets manicures etc, then that's no good either. A happy medium is fine.

Hachi I have to tell you women are a funny species what turns on off might turn another on .All I know is that they all like a bloke with confidence and a sense of humour so look good feel great and keep smiling mate ..

Bad personal hygene and guys with out skills!
Size usaully doesn't matter but if its really small then uh thats a turn off.

Bad hygiene, rudeness, lack of respect for other people, egotistical, poor sense of humor, pessimistic, being loud, overly opinionated. Yep, think that about covers it.
