I think I am the only one shy out there!
anyone here too shy too?!
I would normally post this in shynessexpress.com but it seems to be upgrading again!!!! so here i am...
Any good methods to solve shyness guys! does anyone have like some usefull clues n stuff? big day ahead of me tommorow... dammit

I am very shy too. I have been for the last 10 years.
Just imagine how you would feel if you aren't shy, and how you would appear, how you would talk etc. Then try and be like you imagine.
Think of yourself as an outgoing confident person and you will be that person.
It helps me and if I start feeling shy again i just stop think of how i would be if i wasn't shy and I feel less shy for a while again

Im 21 and have always been shy throughout my school, college and university. And this shyness has cost me alot as boys do not want to make projects with me as they think im very non friendly and selfish. I always think y im not like other galz who are funny talkitive and bold. Guys like them ad want to be friends with them and i feel very lonely sometimes so all i do is to concentrate on my studies and share everything with my mom and sis. U should try to mingle up with other ppl and notice their style. Don't try to become like them but try to improve ur own personality slowly.Practise to talk abt good things alone in front of mirror imagining as u r talking to some friend....well this really worked for me atleast.

im shy when it comes to guys and new people but once i start getting to know them im not shy at all

talk to women like friends, then you will get more comfortable talking with them.
