Firstly, its sounds like the girl hasn't really said she slept with her cousin but then u mention her period...which may mean she could have had sex with her cousin...
but before u jump to any conclusions....do u really think she is capable of doing that? If yes then u need to turn around and start walking away...she is going to hurt u alot and this is not a good relationship.
However, if u know she is not like that and there is some small possibility she is telling the truth then u need to believe her....you need to talk to her to find out what has happened..
But, with ur doubts, u may need to have a break from her...
So really, u r the one who holds the ground to this...u decide whats best for u but make sure u r looking after urself first and not her....think of the future...
