dress for success. start with a simple "hi" ad work your way up.
don't stalk the fool just make him some home cookin' and a ice cold schmirinoff. or you can pull a fast one and break a faucet in your home and if you see hom out there ask him if he can fix it for quick cash or a bite to eat at a resteraunt. kill 'em with kindness i always say.

Get friendly with him. Talk to him. Spend time with him. If he finds you interesting enough, he would definitely give attention to you. Drawing attention by provocative dressing etc. would only lead to physical attraction and may end soon. so if that's what you don't want, talk to him for sometime and let him decide.

put on a over coat with nothing under it walk over to his house knock on the door or ring the door bell and when he opens the door ask if he's married or in a relationship and depending on his answer open your coat and say baby wouldn't you much rather have this laying next to you each morning lol
