Point out every time he has missed that area...in public, in front of other people so he'll be more attentive to it...a little embarrassment can go a long way...that or keep some wet wipes handy and hold him down and clean where he missed. One way or another, he'll get the idea.

Just be honest with him. Dirty ears are a turn off (depending on his age), not to mention that these days dirt behind the ears could be misconstrued as neglect on the parents behalf. Tell your brother that unless he wants to be placed in a foster home, he better wash up everyday. :)

U have not mentioned ur bro's age.If he is a teenager or above then u can tell him that girls like neat and clean boys and any sort of dirt on his body esp face ears or anything that cause bad odor will make them dislike him.

Tell him that it cannot be washed of if all the dirt accumulates, and his ears would have to be cut off when they're infested with worms.
Or, tell him that girls HATE dirty guys.

I've heard that most sisters in a family with brothers can actually take a yard stick and smack the shιt out of their brother for not listening to them. This may actually work for you. And most importantly, don't feel guilty doing it. You're only trying to help your brother look and feel better about himself.

Tell him his ears are dirty and if you can see it anyone else can. That's all you really can do.
